CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
- Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone since your item has been delivered, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds are given for items that came damaged or broken (proof or video must be sent via email to email@example.com). Normal wear and tear on items are not eligible for refunds.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
- This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
- We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
- We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase, as well as for products that state delivered on your tracking information.
What if my orders says delivered, but its not there?
This can be concerning, but before contacting Customer Care, please check the following:
Check with family members, neighbors, co-workers, a building manager, apartment office, or others who may have accepted your order on your behalf.
The carrier may have placed your order somewhere near your door, out of plain view. Look for your order in places such as the back door, garage, or behind bushes. Check your tracking information to see if a location was noted.
UPS has a service called UPS Access Point. If you are not available for your delivery, the delivery driver may take your package to an Access Point for you to pick up. Check your tracking information to confirm the delivery location.
Allow 48 hours- in rare situations, or during peak delivery times, packages may state delivered up to 48 hours prior to their arrival.
Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Exchanges are only valid for items that are defective or damaged. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- If you are eligible for a refund only due to defective items, please send along a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. You are responsible for covering shipping costs back to our warehouse. Refunds are not accepted if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our own error.
- After shipping back your product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- You are eligible for a partial refund of up to 50% of your initial payment, if you keep the item while requesting a refund, only due to defective items. Rather than having to pay additional shipping fees to send it back to our warehouse, we allow you to keep the product. Contact us at email@example.com for further inquiries.
Why haven't I received a refund?
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially transferred. Processing times may vary.

Invalid Reasons for return:
- Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at shopmystik.co. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
- Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else. Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
